Reinvention has shaped both my life and career.

At 26, I was the VP and CFO of a brokerage firm. On paper, I was successful — a great title, financial security, and all the outward signs of achievement. But internally, I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, and constantly worried that I wasn’t enough.

I had spent years trying to prove myself — trying to succeed in an industry where being young, Black, and female often meant having to work twice as hard to be taken seriously. I was driven by expectations, achievement, and the need to validate my worth through performance.

Eventually, I realized success without alignment comes at a cost.

I knew something needed to change.

That inner work led to finding my passion.

While building a career as an actress and model, I was offered an opportunity to become a spokesperson for an international automotive company — and unexpectedly found the work I was meant to do. I loved the energy of it: traveling, connecting with people, and most of all, speaking.

Six months later, I was selected to train others to do the same work, and that’s where everything clicked. What started as a speaking role became a career in training, facilitation, and coaching.

From the outside, things were going well, but deep down I still knew I was holding myself back. I was playing safe, staying small, and not fully stepping into my potential.

Then I met my first coach — and everything changed.

Coaching helped me develop the confidence to think bigger, take risks, and move forward even when fear and uncertainty showed up. I learned to trust myself, stay in action without immediate results, and become comfortable being uncomfortable.

Most importantly, I became more open, authentic, and connected — both to myself and to the people around me.

That transformation sparked something bigger: a desire to create that same kind of growth and possibility for others.

That’s how The Little Training Company was born.

Through workshops, training programs, individual and group coaching, the Little Training Company has helped thousands of people reinvent themselves and live life on their own terms.

If you’re ready to step into the life you were born to live, we’re here to guide you on your way. As Dan Rather used to say every night when he signed off of the news, “Courage always

So I made a decision that changed my life: I walked away from everything I had built.

That decision began a deeper journey inward.

I learned to slow down. I discovered yoga and meditation. I began redefining success — not as constant striving, but as living and leading with clarity, purpose, and self-awareness.

Today, that journey shapes the work I do with leaders and organizations.

I help professionals develop the human skills that drive meaningful leadership: confidence, communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection. Because sustainable success isn’t just about performance — it’s about creating a life and career that actually feels aligned with who you are.
